Shawn Levy, the director of Deadpool 3 and executive producer of Netflix’s Stranger Things, is in talks to develop and direct an upcoming Star Wars movie, Deadline reports. It’ll be for a while though as he has to complete the third Deadpool movie, which will bring Hugh Jackman into the Marvel fold once again before he jets off to a galaxy far, far away.

Levy has had a busy few years with his film Free Guy, also over at Disney through 20th Century Studios, and starring Deadpool himself Ryan Reynolds, in addition to his work on Stranger Things. Could this film bring Ryan Reynolds to Star Wars as well? There are no hints of even what the project but by the time they finish Deadpool 3, it’ll be the third collaboration between the duo.

The director confirmed the news himself on his Twitter account, offering up a brief comment about his excitement.
